Circular LG 19/2016 - Guidance on Prompt Payments

After consultation with local government and a review of the prompt payment process, the Department for Communities is issuing this circular to supersede Circular LG 17/2013 “Guidance on Prompt Payments. Councils should ensure that their prompt payment statistics are published on their individual websites along with explanatory notes on their performance.
