    Design Review Workshops

    The Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) has rolled out a series of workshops for Northern Ireland’s District Councils to make them aware of how MAG’s Design Review service can optimise project development to deliver best outcomes as they move through the planning process.

    Our Lockdown World Survey Report

    “Our Lockdown World” survey was conducted from 31 March 2021 to 2 June 2021 as a follow-up to MAG’s ‘Our Changing World’ survey, which ran from 13 May 2020 to 1 June 2020. One year on, how did people feel about their home, their garden or their local park, their place of work, their neighbourhood, their commute, their places for leisure and social interaction.

    In response to the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, the Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) for Architecture and Built Environment in Northern Ireland distributed a survey to gather feedback on people’s experiences of our built environment during lockdown.

    MAG Sustainable Futures Series - South West College, The Erne Campus

    The Erne Campus is the first Passive House Premium project in the UK and the largest passive house premium building in the world. The intervention and refinement of the project through the MAG design review process has contributed to a world class building and one that delivers against the vision of MAG that all communities in Northern Ireland would enjoy and benefit from exemplary, sustainable, and well-designed spaces, places, and buildings.
