Improving the uptake of benefits by people who are entitled but not claiming is a key priority for the Department for Communities (DfC).
MtC Wraparound supports people in accessing benefits, support and services to which they are entitled but have not been claiming. In 2023/24, Make the Call generated £62.1m of annualised benefits for 12,025 people many of whom are vulnerable through age, disability/illness, or adverse circumstances.
