    • Make the Call (MtC)

    Date published: 14 June 2019

Make the Call Wraparound Service (MtC) reports annually on the financial outcomes as a direct result of people using their service. However MtC also gives advice on other services and supports even though they are not as easy to quantify.

In January 2019, MtC commissioned an independent researcher, Ipsos MORI, to conduct a survey to gauge what the impact of “Making the Call” had on the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) Report provides an in depth look at how the MtC service has helped the people of Northern Ireland each with their own unique set of circumstances.
