    Co-Ownership has been a key delivery partner of intermediate housing for the Department for Communities (DfC) for over 45 years. The Department has routinely provided public funding both as capital (DEL) grant and FTC loan funding to support delivery of its shared ownership product, Co-Own.

    Co-Ownership is a registered housing association regulated by DfC. Its main aims are to contribute to the delivery of affordable housing and promote and sustain the concept of shared ownership (a form of affordable housing) in Northern Ireland.
