    This aims to confirm a rent level which is calculated to ensure the Housing Executive can adequately fund its 2024/25 budget and to maintain, to the greatest extent possible, the current value of rents amidst rising costs across the construction sector where costs are continuing to rise significantly faster than rents are permitted to increase.Rent levels are considered on an annual basis taking into account inflation, projected running costs, spending requirements and tenant affordability.
