This Guide on the provisions of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (the Act) which come into effect on 1 May 2012. It will be of particular interest to the licensed trade, registered clubs, courts and police but should also be a useful source of information for district councils, the legal profession and the general public.
