Guidance for the submission of a proposal to operate Tenancy Deposit Schemes

The Department for Communities invites expressions of interest from organisations with the appropriate skills to operate a Tenancy Deposit Scheme.Tenancy Deposit Schemes are approved schemes in which landlords protect a deposit that is taken from a tenant at the commencement of a private tenancy.Proposals can be submitted to the Department via email or post at any time up to and including the closing date of 12 June 2023.
