This masterplan is a conceptual plan for the future of Carrickfergus town centre. Although it is a non-statutory document, the primary intention of the masterplan is to provide an aspirational, clear vision supported by strategic regeneration objectives for the town centre, providing a context in which individual high quality developments or projects can be brought forward and fully assessed and appraised for viability.
