The majority of disputes can be resolved without resorting to legal action.  However, if the dispute persists, it may be necessary to initiate legal action to ensure the nuisance stops.  In order to proceed with legal action, we need a detailed account of every incident.  This will form the basis of the evidence to be presented to the court.
