It is proposed to make amendments to the Landlord Registration Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 to link the Scheme with safety and standards of private rented properties.
Amendments have also been proposed to reflect that Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council have been appointed as Landlord Registrar and to allow data to be shared with the Health and Safety Executive and the Department for Communities.
