    The Department for Communities has published its Departmental Response to the Gender Pay Gap Information Regulations public consultation.

    The public consultation took place between 25 November 2024 and 14 February 2025.

    The Departmental Response presents an analysis of the responses to the public consultation, its response to any issues raised and the finalised policy proposals.

    The response can be viewed at the Department for Communities website.
