Consultation document setting out the housing policy governing developer contributions for affordable housing in NI.The proposals would require planning authorities in Northern Ireland to seek contributions from developers for affordable housing, as a proportion of all newly-proposed housing developments above a threshold number of dwellings – a system already in place in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
