The Housing Management Guide is subdivided into four categories: Community Safety, Tenancy Management, Adaptations Guide and Housing Maintenance. There is an additional section covering Tenancy Fraud and the reporting requirements. Each section sets out the procedures that Registered Housing Associations should follow.
