Language statistics
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic there was a reduction in the number of questions included in the Continuous Household Survey between 2020/21-2022/23. As a result, reports relating to languages were not produced were not produced in '2020/21. Questions on the Knowledge of Irish/Ulster -Scots were asked in 2021/22 and 2022/23 and results are included in the Headline Statistics reports for those years.
