Equality Impact Assessments (EQIA) carried out on the proposals within the Northern Ireland Welfare Reform Bill 2011 to assess whether policy proposals would have a differential impact and in particular, an adverse differential impact on the categories of persons listed in section 75, and any sub-groups within those categories.
Included is the update document which outlines the most up to date data the Department holds in relation to the expected Section 75 impacts as a result of changes in the Welfare Reform Bill.
