Transformation of Finance Support Services - screening

The Department for Communities (DfC) Finance Support service was introduced in November 2016 following the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 and is one of the Department’s key priority service provisions.  This critical service is designed to support people in crisis and in times of need by delivering a fast and responsive means of providing immediate short term financial assistance.
