    It will reinstate the requirement of the previous Article 4 of the Private Tenancies (NI) Order 2006.The Private Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 gives the Department power to make Regulations on the information that must be provided by the landlord to the tenant within 28 days of the tenancy starting or for those tenancies that started on or after 30 June 2011 and are still in existence on the date in which Section 1 comes into operation 1 April 2023.
