The Department for Communities has published the Departmental Response to the LGPS (NI) Statutory Guidance for the implementation of the McCloud Remedy consultation.
The consultation took place between 11 December 2024 and 19 February 2025.
The Departmental response document presents an analysis of the responses to the public consultation, its response to any issues raised and the finalised proposals.
