The Department for Employment and Learning commissioned consultants FGS McClure Watters (now known as RSM McClure Watters) to undertake a survey of customers who had participated in the Steps to Work programme. The aim of the survey was to conduct research into the destinations, attitudes and experience of a sample of 1,000 customers who had participated on the Steps to Work programme.
