The State Pension Debits and Credits (Revaluation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 - screening

The Order specifies the percentage by which new State Pension debits and credits are to be re-valued.  This ensures that the value of any pension debit or credit as a result of pension sharing on divorce is always expressed in current terms.The State Pension Debits and Credits (Revaluation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 will come into operation on 21 December 2022 for the purposes of making an advance award of State Pension for persons reaching pensionable age on or after 11 April 2023 and on 10 April 2023 for all other purposes.
