The Social Security (Budgeting Loans) (Electronic Communications) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023 - screening

This Order will permit and facilitate the move from an entirely paper based process to one which permits the use of an electronic claim form and electronic communications in connection with a claim for a Budgeting Loan. The claimant will still have the option to apply and communicate via the current postal process should they wish.
