Progress Report on Independent Review of Charity Regulation Recommendations - June 2025

The Independent Review of Charity Regulation (IRCR) was commissioned in January 2021 by the Minister for Communities. Its purpose was to examine the legal and regulatory framework of charity regulation and the work of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (CCNI), following a High Court Judgement in 2019.
This update provides an overview of that progress.
