This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
The information is processed for the recording of grant funding information including unsuccessful applications. Funding refers to government money actually committed and spent on or through all voluntary and community organisations. This includes grants, capital grants, contracts for services provided, fees for services or service-level agreements.
This information will be used to reduce risk of duplicate funding and fraud, have greater accountability, greater transparency and to provide a reporting and analysis tool.
We may not be able to provide you with a product or deliver the services you request unless we have enough information to process that request.
