This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
The Department is taking forward a research project titled ‘Move to UC NonMigration’. The aim of the research is to understand why tax credit customers, who have been advised of the need to move to UC, have not done so. The aim is to understand the reasons why customers did not take action to make a claim to UC.
