This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
The Department for Communities (DfC) is committed to the highest possible standards of openness, accountability and an ethical culture in the delivery of its statutory functions and services and takes seriously all concerns which are raised in the Public Interest.
The DfC Raising Concerns (Whistleblowing) Guidance (September 2023) sets out the process which staff, other workers and members of the public can use to raise their concerns. Concerns will generally include Personal Data including of those who raise concerns, those about whom allegations of wrongdoing are made and witnesses.
