Privacy Notice for Independent Review of Charity Regulation

This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
We will process personal data provided in response to questionnaires for the purpose of informing the development of recommendations to the Minister for Communities in respect of the Independent Review of Charity Regulation. A summary of the questionnaire responses will form part of the report to Minister and granted permission, we will publish the responses themselves. These will only contain respondents’ names where permission is granted. We will not publish the contact details of respondents, but will include the names of organisations responding.
