Privacy Notice for Functional Assessment Service (FAS) Claimant Satisfaction Survey

This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
DfC is taking forward a claimant satisfaction survey, through an external provider, Opinion Research Services (ORS), for a selection of Northern Ireland citizens that have recently attended a functional assessment with our assessment provider, Capita. This is to gather insights from claimants about their experience of the assessment. The results of this survey will help to improve the service for future claimants and enable DfC to measure Capita’s performance against contractual targets.
