This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
The Department as data controller has commissioned and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Finance Innovation Lab, data processors to carry out research to gather insights from citizens of Northern Ireland about their lived experiences of the COVID 19 outbreak via telephone interviews with the aim of improving services. Particularly into their experience of people accessing food and medicines during this crisis. These citizens shall be identified by Disability Action and the department with prior approval given. The results of these interviews will be combined with other types of research such as horizon scanning and findings shared with this Department.
