Privacy Notice for Consultation on Support Framework for Independent Advice and Debt Services

This privacy notice from the Department for Communities (DfC) tells our customers and service users how we process your personal data in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR).
We are not intending to collect any personal data in response to the draft proposals to support the delivery of independent Advice and Debt Services in Northern Ireland, it is for the purpose of informing the development of our policy, guidance, or other regulatory work in the subject area of the request for views.
No personal data is required during the survey. While we do not ask survey respondents to personally identify themselves; it may be possible in a small number of cases for individuals to be identifiable from a combination of their responses. There is the potential that individuals may in error disclose personal data in the free text boxes. For this reason, DfC will treat this data as personal data.
