The Pension Protection Fund and Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

A number of sets of existing Regulations are being amended in consequence of provisions in the Pension Schemes Act 2015 which extend to Northern Ireland.  This regulatory impact assessment considers changes to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 which require trustees to provide members of occupational pension schemes with the appropriate level of protection to help them to consider the risks involved with the new pension flexibilities that are available to them.
