Partnership Agreement between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector in Northern Ireland

The Partnership Agreement which was developed by the Joint Forum between Government and the VCS, and was endorsed by the Executive in June 2025, builds on the foundations of the 2011 Concordat and contains new provisions to strengthen and develop the relationship between the public sector and the voluntary and community sector.
