This Regulatory Impact Assessment considers the impact of simplifying the conditions which must be satisfied for trustees or managers of pension schemes, or other parties who hold the right, to transfer groups of certain pension scheme members from one scheme to another without having to seek the explicit permission of individual members in advance.
