    These Regulations amend a number of sets of existing Regulations relating to the administration and governance of occupational pension schemes.  The aim is to ensure that occupational defined contribution pension scheme members benefit from efficient and operationally resilient administration, sound investment governance, and access to innovative and diversified investment strategies.
