The Occupational Pension Schemes (Administration and Disclosure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018

This Regulatory Impact Assessment considers the impact of providing for a new requirement for trustees or managers of money purchase schemes that are occupational pension schemes to publish scheme transaction costs and administration charges, and to provide information to members and recognised trade unions, on request, about the funds in which assets relating to members are invested.
