This aims to confirm a rent level which is calculated to ensure the Housing Executive can adequately fund its 2023/24 budget and to maintain, to the greatest extent possible, the current value of rents amidst high inflation.
Rent levels are considered on an annual basis taking into account inflation, projected running costs, spending requirements and tenant affordability.
