    The Disability and Work Strategy 2025-2036 sets out key priorities and actions for the period 2025-2036 to improve employment outcomes for disabled people and people with health conditions. The primary objective of the Strategy is to increase the disability employment rate. The scope of the Strategy extends across people who are not currently in the labour market, people who are already in work, and young disabled people aged 14-19 who will transition out of educational settings.
