The DfC Disability Action Plan sets out how the Department proposes to fulfil the duties under Section 49A of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in relation to its functions, for the period 2025-2030.
The consultation opened on 3 April 2025 and closed on 30 May 2025.
A review of the Disability Action Plan 2020-2024 was carried out to report on its implementation and highlight the key outcomes and outputs achieved by the Department for Communities over this period
