DfC 5 year review of Equality Scheme 2021-2025

Public authorities who have Section 75 equality schemes are obliged to review those schemes periodically. A 5 year review covering the period April 2021 to September 2024 was undertaken to examine how the arrangements have been applied and to assess how effective they have been in assisting the Department to comply with the Section 75 duties.
