    As Part of the Executive Programme on Paramilitarism & Organised Crime (EPPOC) previously known as Tackling Paramilitaries and Organised Crime Programme (TP, also known as Fresh Start), DfC is tasked with addressing Action B5 of the executive Action Plan (EAP).

    The EPPOC Programme has now progressed to Phase Two and specifically details the need as:

    The programme will target women of all ages in communities where paramilitary influence is prevalent. Training will be provided in a modular format, equipping and empowering women with the skills, knowledge and confidence to become involved in transformational community development, helping to support communities to move away from paramilitary activities.
