Counter Fraud and Error Management System (CFEMS) is a case management system designed as part of DWP’s Transformation Programme, replacing decades old IT systems which no longer support delivery of the business. When fully rolled out, CFEMS will replace the Fraud Referral and Intervention Management System (FRAIMS) in Benefit Security Division (BSD) within the Supporting People (SP) Group in DfC.  It is anticipated that all users in BSD will be on-boarded to CFEMS by May 2024.
