    The purpose of this policy is to make a Charities Bill which will amend s167 of the 2008 Act addressing eight recommendations of the Review which identified issues with s167 that would be problematic should it be commenced in its current form. This consultation will seek to gather information from those most impacted by s167 including organisations identified as potential s167 institutions, regulators, funders, legal advisors and independent examiners.
