From today; Finance Support is a new service for Northern Ireland that has been created to support people in times of financial need through schemes such as:
- Discretionary Support
- Short Term Benefit Advances
- Maternity Grants
- Funeral Payments
- Budgeting Loans
- Cold Weather Payments
Support in a crisis
If you have a financial crisis you can call our freephone number to apply for Discretionary Support or a Short Term Benefit Advance:
- Freephone: 0800 587 2750
- Textphone: 0800 587 2751 (for deaf or hard of hearing users and customers with speech difficulties)
We will be able to give you a decision immediately on whether you are eligible, or not.
