Minister congratulates Northern Ireland’s Honour recipients

Communities Minister Gordon Lyons has paid tribute to those from the sport, music, arts, charity, housing and voluntary and community sectors who have been recognised in The King's Birthday Honours list.
The Minister recognised the exceptional service of the recipients and acknowledged their dedication, saying,
“Those receiving recognition in The King’s Birthday Honours have each made outstanding contributions to community and public life, through the arts, sport, charity, music, housing and voluntary and community sectors. The list celebrates those who have shown remarkable dedication and service, and I wish to extend my warmest congratulations to them all.
“Each recipient has made a positive and lasting impact on our society and are an inspiration, I would like to thank each of you for your service, dedication and achievements and congratulate you on this well-deserved recognition.
“Your outstanding achievements are testament to the hard work and dedication in your chosen field and I want to pay tribute to the valuable role you play in making a positive difference in our communities.”
