If you cannot speak or hear on the phone  

You can use the Relay UK service to make a text supported call.  

To access relay from your laptop, desktop or mobile phone download the Relay UK app - Relay UK Services. 

British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL) 

A Video Relay Service is available for users of British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL). 

To use the video relay service: 

• Contact Jobs & Benefits offices via Video Relay Service 

You will not be charged for video relay calls made via this link. Mobile data charges may apply dependant on your tariff and connection type. 

Once connected with our provider, Interpreters Live, the interpreter will check whether you require BSL or ISL.

• Monday to Wednesday : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Thursday : 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Friday : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
