Appeals Service (Social Security Appeals)

The Appeals Service, provide administrative support to the independent tribunals set up by legislation to hear appeals against decisions made by the decision makers in the Department, including Social Security, Child Maintenance Service, His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and Land & Property Services (LPS).
