Queen’s Parade development scheme draft proposals

The vision for the Queen’s Parade site is to:

• create an attractive, vibrant and inclusive place for all
• reconnect the town to the waterfront
• reinvigorate Bangor town centre through the delivery of a high quality mixed use proposal on a significant site
• provide catalyst for wider regeneration by connecting uses through the public realm to maximise footfall through the day and evenings for residents, workers and visitors.
