Summary
The Department for Communities invites views on the Local Government Staff Commission (Dissolution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2027 (the draft Dissolution Order). Its purpose is to give effect to the decision taken by the Northern Ireland Executive on 6 November 2025 to dissolve the Local Government Staff Commission (LGSC) with effect from 1 April 2027.
