Achieving affordable warmth consultation

This public consultation document 'From Fuel Poverty to Achieving Affordable Warmth' proposes a new approach to assisting those households most affected by fuel poverty in Northern Ireland. The department proposes to introduce a new model for the delivery of energy efficiency of low income households which builds on the success of affordable warmth pilots which the department ran with councils and the Housing Executive in 2012 and 2013.
