Jobstart Employer Incentive Scheme - screening

JobStart is an Employer Incentive Scheme and is designed to create 6 to 9 month job opportunities aimed at those young people aged between 16-24 who are job ready, including those with disabilities, those who are Not in Employment Education or Training (NEET), Looked After Children and those who are returning citizens.  Participation by both employer and the young person is voluntary.JobStart is part of the economic recovery being planned across Government Departments in Northern Ireland in response to the significant rise in unemployment levels and in particular youth unemployment rates, as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
